Country Estates is independent living apartments for seniors. This 20-unity complex is located adjacent to Wedgewood Manor in Cavalier. Country Estates offers a safe, convenient one-level floor plan. The design of Country Estates promotes informal socializing with a central lounge and community kitchen.
Apartments are either one or two bedroom floor plans and feature a full kitchen, bath, and ample closet space. Security at Country Estates includes door locks, smoke alarms, door security, and a visitor call system. Emergency calls are answered by Wedgewood Manor nursing staff.
In addition to monthly rent for the apartments, residents are responsible for their own electric bill, telephone, and cable television.
